    • Q : How long have you been in business?
      A: We have been in business since 1997.

      Q : What are you specializing in?
      A : Teak furniture, outdoor and indoor.

      Q : Where do you get your teak wood from?
      A : Plantation grown teak from PERHUTANI, the official government owned plantation.

      Q : Where are you located?
      A : Our factory and warehouse are located in Jepara - Central Java and our main office is located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

      Q : How big is your facility?
      A : Warehouse 4000 SQM, Factory 2000 SQM.

      Q : How many employees do you have?
      A : We currently employ 150 persons.

      Q : Are you designing your furniture your self?
      A : Basically yes but we also accept custom design as per our customer needs.

      Q : Where are you shipping to? What is your market?
      A : Our customers range from medium wholesalers to retailers mainly in Northern and Southern Europe. We have also supplied for hotel projects in The Middle-East, Caribbean Islands and Turkey.

      Q : How many containers do you ship every year?
      A : We currently ship around 100 containers 40 feet per year.

      Q : What is your maximum capacity?
      A: 16 containers 40 feet per month.

      Q : What is the term of your pricing?
      A : FOB Semarang - Central Java.

      Q : What are your required terms of payment?
      A : Please select between following two options: 50% down payment, 50% upon notice of completion. By irrevocable at sight Letter of Credit.

      Q : What is your production lead-time?
      A : We normally require a lead time of 10 weeks for the first 1x40 feet container (others to be discussed).

      Q : How do you finish your furniture?
      A : Basically our furniture comes unfinished but sanded gradually to a silky smooth condition. We can also provide several types of finishing upon request.

      Q : Do you dry the teak wood before production?
      A : Yes, we kiln dry the teak wood until its moisture content is reduced to 10% or below before production.

      Q : What makes the color variation in solid wood?
      A : Natural color differences in wood are caused by variation in minerals found in the soil in which the tree has grown, and will differ by tree and parts of the tree. This natural occurrence results in the beautiful variation in grain and color throughout our furniture and does not qualify as defect. Solid wood can also vary in color under influence of UV rays and humidity.

      Q : What is your warranty policy?
      A :We warrant our furniture against defect under normal use and proper maintenance for 1 year from the date of shipment.
